Purpose

Description of treatment

The capture of images obtained and stored through the recording system (video surveillance cameras), used for the purpose of prevention, security and protection of people and property located in the facilities of the organization.

Conservation time

The images captured through the video surveillance system will be kept for a maximum period of one month from the capture, after which it will be deleted, provided that the user does not exercise any of the rights that legally protect him.

The legitimate interest of the Data Controller, in order to ensure security in the organization’s facilities.

Recipients of the assignment

Access to the images will be the sole responsibility of the organization as responsible for the recording system. However, the above may be accessed by the company providing the Video Surveillance and / or Security Service that the organization has contracted, but this will always be done under a prior contract signed between the two parties in compliance with the guidelines approved by data protection authorities.

Likewise, the images may be transferred to the State Security Forces, as well as to the courts and tribunals that require it in compliance with a legal obligation applicable to the Entity as the Data Controller.
