Since 2021, INFINITUM has been developing this private residential resort on the Costa Dorada, with projects such as the Mestral Villas, Ponent Villas and beachfront apartments, among others. Securing the building permission for Morell Apartments is another step towards our vision of creating a high-end residential environment in harmony with nature.

The Morell Apartments project includes the construction of 90 homes, distributed across 15 buildings with 6 units each.
