SIMA 2026: innovation, sustainability and premium residential living

From May 20 to 23, the 27th edition of the Madrid Real Estate Exhibition, SIMA 2026, was held. IFEMA welcomed more than 22,000 visitors, bringing together over 9,000 professionals and investors, 390 exhibitors and representatives from 40 countries… and we were there!

As every year, INFINITUM could not miss the event. Everything was ready at our stand A2-03, where we shared the latest industry trends and presented our sustainable, high-end residential offering on the Costa Dorada.

This edition of SIMA surpassed last year’s figures (+5% visitors), becoming the most important real estate event with international reach. Foreign participation reached 37%, turning this fair into a strategic space for connecting investment, residential development and global innovation.

SIMA 2026: the future of living

The evolution of the real estate market continues without pause, growing year after year and a clear example is this latest edition of SIMA 2026. The fair featured more than 500 national and international residential projects and over 17,000 homes for sale.

Beyond sharing industry trends, key topics were also addressed on the agenda, such as the need to expand housing supply, international investment, new residential living models, innovation and technology in real estate, urban transformation and sustainability. More than 300 speakers and 120 sessions explored innovation, technology, investment and the transformation of the real estate sector.
 

INFINITUM: premium and sustainable residential projects

Our INFINITUM team once again stood out at SIMA 2026 with a sustainable, high-end residential model on the Costa Dorada. Stand A2-03 welcomed hundreds of visitors interested in our premium residential developments, with a strong focus on the lifestyle offered by our resort: a 100% Mediterranean way of life, immersed in nature, sustainable and with full services.

At INFINITUM, we continue to strengthen a real estate project based on architecture integrated into nature, where energy efficiency and comfort are guaranteed at a premium level.





On this occasion, we shared that the Morell A and Morell B apartment developments are in their final sales phase, meaning the last available units are now on the market. We also presented the new Martinet residential development, an exclusive architectural project made up of 40 high-end villas on the Costa Dorada. This new real estate project will be built following the same sustainability principles as the rest of the complex.

The Martinet residential area will include private parking, gardens, terraces and a communal swimming pool, as well as advanced energy efficiency solutions and sustainable materials, reinforcing the commitment to an environmentally responsible housing model.
