Brumma opens its doors: Mediterranean Cuisine with sea views

With the arrival of warmer weather, our routines change. Days get longer and the sun invites us to enjoy activities with family and friends. And if there’s a place where all of this makes even more sense, it’s the Costa Dorada: the Mediterranean has a special magic that calls for visiting and savoring it.

At INFINITUM, we know that this seasonal change directly affects our mood, awakening the desire for leisure, walks and new experiences… and if it comes with a great culinary proposal, even better.

In this context, we welcome a new season with the opening of Brumma, the indoor space of Flamma Beach Foodhouse. We are introducing new hours and a menu designed to savor the sunny days. All of this, with views of the Mediterranean. What more could you ask for? Let Brumma surprise you.
 

Brumma, a culinary experience by the Mediterranean

Through a glass-enclosed terrace, you can enjoy the vastness of the Mediterranean Sea while tasting a gastronomic proposal made with fresh local ingredients.

Brumma stands out as a space meticulously designed, where aesthetics and the warmth of the décor blend seamlessly with the surroundings. Its large windows offer privileged views and create a bright, elegant and welcoming atmosphere. Whether for an aperitif or lunch, enjoying its culinary offerings becomes an unparalleled plan with the arrival of warm weather. This new concept is designed to offer a complete gastronomic experience, where the setting and cuisine naturally merge.
 

A menu with options for every taste

To inaugurate Brumma this season in style, our chef has created a new menu celebrating the best of our land. Each recipe is prepared with fresh, local ingredients, combining traditional and modern culinary techniques to offer a unique experience that delights with every bite.

This renewed proposal stands out for its variety and quality, with dishes ranging from light and fresh options to more robust creations, designed to please all palates. Featured specialties include:

• Puglia burrata with seasonal tomatoes and nut vinaigrette: Creamy and fresh, contrasted with seasonal tomatoes and a fruity vinaigrette. Perfectly paired with a crisp white from Costa Dorada, such as a fruity DO Tarragona.
• Dry-Aged beef steak tartare with crispy toasts: Intense and full of nuances, with top-quality hand-cut beef and toasts adding texture. Ideal paired with a young local red wine.
• Grilled octopus with potato parmentier and vera paprika emulsion:  Soft and smoky, with the creamy texture of the parmentier and a touch of paprika. Perfect with a local white or rosé.

For rice lovers, Brumma’s menu surprises with a wide variety of rice dishes and paellas, including fish and seafood rice, dry-aged beef rib rice, red prawn and monkfish rice, lobster “caldoso” rice, among others. All this without forgetting our grilled specialties. Grilled meats remain one of the hallmarks of Flamma and Brumma.

The experience is completed with an excellent selection of local wines and an irresistible dessert menu, designed for those who can’t resist a sweet ending to the meal.
