ECCO Tour 2026: an elite competition
The ECCO Tour is a professional development golf circuit created in Denmark, aimed at boosting the careers of emerging professional players and high-level amateur golfers in Europe. True to its spirit, from 21 February to 5 March, the INFINITUM Spring Series will take place, bringing together
more than 150 elite professional and amateur golfers (with a handicap of 3.4 or lower) to showcase the emerging talent of European golf.
Over twelve days, participants will compete in
three 54-hole tournaments for prizes totalling up to €150,000. Each event will allow players to earn key points on the circuit, strengthen their ranking position and demonstrate their potential on an internationally prestigious stage.
The series is structured into three consecutive tournaments that will mark the start of the 2026 ECCO Tour calendar:
- ECCO Spanish Masters: 23–25 February
- INFINITUM Championship: 27 February–1 March
- ECCO INFINITUM Series Final: 3-5 March
The competition will be held on the
recently renovated Lakes, Hills and Ruins golf courses. Each course stands out for its hole design, offering high-level technical and strategic challenges. The Lakes course is renowned for its integration with the natural environment and lakes, Hills for its panoramic and demanding layout and Ruins for its unique nine-hole course set in a landscape of great historical and natural value.
These three tournaments will be crucial in
evaluating players and identifying new European golf talent. Joaquín Mora Bertrán, Deputy General Manager of INFINITUM, highlights this:
"We are proud to once again host the ECCO Tour at INFINITUM as part of the 2026 Spring Series and, once again, welcome a strong international field. Supporting the development of emerging talent is an essential part of our vision and it is always exciting to think that future golf stars could be taking their next steps on our courses”.
