From May 21 to 24, 2025, the
SIMA 2025 fair took place, one of the most prominent events in the real estate sector in Spain. The IFEMA pavilion in Madrid dressed up to welcome
21,000 visitors and over 5,000 companies and institutions from around the world.
INFINITUM was present, for the first time, at SIMA with its own stand in
Pavilion 4 - Stand A1-05. The goal was to showcase our high-end and sustainable residential project, especially the new
Tramuntana and Balquer developments.
These are 240 new high-end homes, designed to enjoy a privileged natural environment in our
exclusive resort on the Costa Dorada. The result has been a complete success. Our project was very positively received, particularly for its environmentally respectful character and the quality and innovation of its construction processes.
INFINITUM consolidates its residential project at SIMA 2025
INFINITUM’s participation at SIMA 2025 was a great opportunity to present our
residential project: a model of eco-sustainable, exclusive development, responsible with the environment, that proposes a way of building and living in full harmony with nature.
Our entire housing promotion is based on a single concept: harmony, exclusivity and balance. Our resort on the Costa Dorada offers a lifestyle based on well-being, architectural quality and landscape integration.
In this edition, INFINITUM announced the launch of two new residential developments:
Tramuntana and Balquer, adding up to a total of 240 high-end apartments. Following our commercial success with previous residences such as Mar, Mestral, Morell and Ponent, INFINITUM has become a
benchmark in the real estate sector thanks to its residential vision.
The figures speak for themselves: 100% of the homes in Phase I (150 units) have already been sold and delivered, while Phase II has also completed the sale of all its apartments. Furthermore, more than half of the exclusive villas have already been acquired, and the new promotion of 90 apartments in the Morell area, launched in April 2024, has already reached 45% of off-plan sales.
Now it’s Balquer’s turn:
36 exclusive and eco-sustainable homes that offer a lifestyle in total harmony with nature.
Beyond exclusive homes
In addition to revealing some details of the new
Balquer Apartments promotion at the Madrid International Real Estate Exhibition (SIMA), at INFINITUM we shared our vision for the future of the resort and our commitment to continue working toward a model of life based on comfort, sustainability and the privileged natural environment of the Costa Dorada.
Our commitment is clear: to
promote sustainable development that is respectful of its surroundings. This is reflected in our homes, which are BREEAM certified, supporting their focus on energy efficiency — with savings of over 89% in consumption and a 92% reduction in emissions — along with
smart water management and high environmental quality.
But our commitment also extends to the management of our
sustainable golf courses on the Costa Dorada. We have a state-of-the-art desalination plant that treats wastewater from Vila-Seca, La Pineda and Salou and reuses it for irrigation of gardens and courses, avoiding discharges into the sea and closing the water cycle sustainably.
At INFINITUM, we also reaffirm our involvement in the
preservation of local flora and fauna. Areas such as the pine forests and wetlands of the Sèquia Major have been protected, and we reinforce our commitment by using native low-water vegetation and incorporating smart irrigation systems with atmospheric sensors to optimize water use.
In addition, our homes incorporate local and recycled materials, solar panels, aerothermal systems and high-efficiency insulation,
reducing their ecological impact from construction through to everyday use.
All of these initiatives consolidate INFINITUM as a model of responsible luxury, where lifestyle and sustainability go hand in hand. And that is exactly what we presented at this latest edition of
SIMA 2025.
