At INFINITUM, we continue to prioritize the environment, working constantly to make our facilities more efficient and sustainable. Our efforts go beyond the responsible use of water for golf course irrigation or the use of sustainable building materials in our homes—we are now taking an additional step at our Lakes golf course. A new solar energy system has recently been installed on the roof of the Lakes Clubhouse. This initiative allows us to move toward a cleaner energy model that is respectful of the surrounding landscape.

At INFINITUM, we continue to implement policies that care for the environment, with a clear goal: to preserve the natural beauty of the Costa Dorada and ensure it remains a unique place to enjoy today and in the future.

Solar Energy at Lakes: A Step Toward a More Sustainable Future

At INFINITUM, we know that solar energy is a key renewable source in the transition toward a more sustainable future.

In this context, INFINITUM has taken another step in its commitment to sustainability by installing solar panels on the roof of the Lakes Clubhouse. This initiative allows us to generate clean energy, reduce CO₂ emissions and encourage more responsible use of natural resources.

This system will significantly help decrease our carbon footprint, aligning with our long-term sustainability vision. To put it into perspective, this installation will prevent emissions equivalent to the CO₂ absorption of over 2,500 Mediterranean trees.





As previously shared, this initiative adds to other actions that are already part of INFINITUM’s sustainable DNA and model. Examples include the development of homes designed under high energy-efficiency criteria and certified with standards like BREEAM, our water desalination and wastewater regeneration plant using reverse osmosis technology for irrigating golf courses and green areas within the resort.

In this way, we continue to embrace a responsible model that combines housing development, efficient energy and water use and care for the surrounding Mediterranean environment.
