On May 24, 2025, INFINITUM’s award-winning Beach Club became the setting for the
inaugural edition of the Wine and Gastronomy Fair. The Costa Dorada turned into a paradise for fine food and wine lovers, who came to sample the best locally produced wines with designation of origin paired with culinary creations by renowned chefs.
Doors opened at 6:00 p.m. to welcome
500 guests eager to indulge their senses. But it wasn’t just about wine and haute cuisine — breathtaking views of the Mediterranean, a stunning sunset and live music all came together to create a truly memorable experience.
We’re thrilled to share that the first edition of the Wine and Gastronomy Fair was a resounding success, firmly establishing itself as a
must-attend event on the Costa Dorada. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who made this landmark moment in
local food and wine culture possible.
A premium wine and culinary offering
The mission of this first edition was clear:
to promote and celebrate the local wine and culinary scene. It brought together producers, chefs and food lovers to meet, share, taste and refine their palate. Given the fantastic reception, we’re excited to see this become the first of many editions at INFINITUM Beach Club.
The event featured tastings from
wineries with protected designation of origin labels, giving attendees the chance to explore a wide range of aromas and flavors. Wineries like Torelló (Corpinnat, D.O. Penedès), Juvé & Camps (D.O. Cava and D.O. Penedès), Mas Doix, Mas Alta, Clos Galena, Cellers Scala Dei (all DOQ Priorat), Celler Piñol (D.O. Terra Alta), among many others, showcased their
best harvests and signature tastings.
A Star-Studded Culinary Line-Up Celebrated chefs including Beatriz Burillo (INFINITUM), Ferran Cerro (Ferran Cerro Restaurant – Repsol Guide Sol), the team at Quatre Molins (Michelin-starred), and Xocosave (dessert specialists), presented innovative dishes that merged tradition and creativity.
Live music added a sophisticated and immersive atmosphere that matched the
excellence of the gourmet tasting menu:
1st starter by Rafel Múria – Quatre Molins:
Smoked eel, crispy eel, leek, wasabi and crème fraîche.
2nd starter by Ferran Cerro – FC Restaurant:
Spoon sushi – Rice cream with mirin, nori seaweed, ginger, avocado cream, wasabi, seafood tartare and soy sauce.
Main course by Beatriz Burillo – INFINITUM:
Creamy rice with smoked Iberian pork (Josper-grilled), shiitake mushrooms, soy reduction and parmesan flakes.
Dessert by Adan Sáez – Xocosave:
A selection of cheesecakes (your choice): Payoyo cheese, pistachio, Gorgonzola cheese and chocolate with olive oil and sea salt.

modern design, comfort and sustainability. The stunning Mediterranean views and infinity pools paired seamlessly with fine wines and gourmet dishes, offering guests a refined and relaxed atmosphere.
There’s no doubt that wine and gastronomy generate great interest, and this fair was living proof. Tickets sold out just days after being released. We at INFINITUM are deeply grateful and are already
planning future events to continue promoting local enogastronomy in our exclusive spaces.
