celebrate it than with good wine and a top-level gastronomic tasting. As part of our DNA, at INFINITUM we like to share and showcase all the virtues of our land, which is why we organized the
II INFINITUM Wine and Gastronomy Fair.
That’s right, on May 23rd, 2026, our resort hosted the second edition of its
Wine and Gastronomy Fair at our idyllic Beach Club. Attendance was outstanding and this event is beginning to establish itself as one of the most important gastronomic and wine tourism events on the Costa Dorada.
With the Mediterranean as a backdrop, the fair brought together prestigious wineries, renowned chefs and food lovers in an
experience that combined wine, signature cuisine, live music and a privileged setting. Discover all the details of this event!
Fine wine from prestigious wineries
The aim of the fair is to bring the richness of the region’s wine and gastronomy culture closer to the public through a unique experience. In addition, through events like this, INFINITUM aims to
promote wine culture, highlight gastronomic talent and create a meeting point for professionals, enthusiasts and visitors, contributing to positioning the Costa Dorada as a leading destination for gastronomic and wine tourism.
This edition featured 15 renowned wineries, as well as a vermouth producer and a high-quality olive oil cooperative. Attendees were able to discover and taste products from some of the most recognized
Designations of Origin in the country: DO Tarragona, DO Montsant, DOQ Priorat, DO Terra Alta, DO Cava and Corpinnat.
Among the participating wineries were names such as Torelló, Juvé & Camps, Scala Dei, Cal Batllet, Figuero, Habla and La Conreria, representing key wine regions such as Priorat, Penedès, Ribera del Duero, Terra Alta and Calatayud.
On the other hand, this edition stood out for its collaboration with the Catalan Sommelier Association (ACS), which organized a special activity called “Wines in a Female Key”, an exclusive tasting with a limited capacity of 30 participants. Our Brumma space hosted outstanding ambassadors and winemakers such as Anna Rovira (Celler Cooperatiu de Capçanes, DO Montsant), Sandra Doix (Celler Sandra Doix, Poboleda, DOQ Priorat), Andrea Miró (Celler Jordi Miró, Corbera d’Ebre, DO Terra Alta) and Marta Conde (Juvé & Camps, Corpinnat). This initiative aimed to promote wine culture and highlight the role of women in the wine industry, emphasizing their work as sommeliers, winemakers and professionals in the sector.
High-level gastronomy with Michelin stars
But it wasn’t only about great wine—the experience was complemented by a top-level gastronomic offering. Thanks to the participation of prestigious local restaurants and chefs, attendees enjoyed a culinary proposal designed to impress, where high-quality ingredients and gourmet creations delighted even the most demanding palates.
The event
featured dishes by INFINITUM, as well as proposals from the restaurants Deliranto and Quatre Molins, both awarded Michelin stars. The experience was completed with
sweet creations by Xocosave, which provided the perfect final touch to the day.
The combination of great wines and signature cuisine turned the fair into a complete gastronomic experience. And this magic took place at our
award-winning Beach Club—what more could you ask for?
